Debi Bruggemeier, current resident of Blue Ridge, GA and real estate advisor for twenty years and counting, has dabbled in many career fields which has given her optimal life experiences and a diverse array of skillsets. With a work portfolio beginning in the airline business management where she was responsible for in-flight departments whilst overseeing guest relations, she had the pleasure of traveling all over the nation learning about providing excellent service and making notable connections across the seas. During this time, she was also involved in restaurant management and hospitality, where she discovered her passion for individuality and her inability to remain stagnant. In order to keep on the pursuit of her devotion to her clients, Debi became a Florida real estate agent, which allowed her to continue to pursue negotiations and build long-lasting relationships which is known to many as Debi’s niche. She is always the client’s advocate and will stop at nothing to achieve the greatest outcome, with her heart set on communication, collaboration, and results.

Debi, a mother-of-one daughter already, took a brief break from her busy career to adopt three more children from China, “the girls.” In this time, she not only became a mother to three Chinese girls, but also the founder and owner of one of the predominant Gypsy Cob stables in America: Heaven Sent Gypsy Farm. From never touching a horse before, she became one of the top self-taught Gypsy horse breeders in America. She gained an incredible amount of entrepreneurial skillsets and leadership through the horse business which garnered her great success in her first year of Georgia real estate.

In Debi’s first year of Georgia real estate, she became a high producing agent earning multiple awards in production throughout the year. This set the tone for her real estate career where she is consistently achieving great results for her clients on a state-wide and professional level. She has numerous outstanding reviews from past buyers and sellers and countless client referrals. Debi is a real estate agent who has proven her skills and commitment to her clients so greatly that she has repeat buyers, sellers, and most importantly long-lasting relationships.
